Miley Cyrus Knocks Justin Bieber On The Dirt
Miley Cyrus has been able to avoid conflict for a while now, but all good things do have to come to an end. The down under TV show called The Dirt asked her about her night hosting the SNL and the topic of Justin Bieber came up. Miley might have offended the Bieberlings with her comments.
She stated that she felt that she played Justin well and that he was “too easy” to play. Yet she did not think he could play her very well. These off hand remarks caught everybody by surprise by her choice of words. She did not go in to elaborate what she meant, causing more confusion. The pair seemed to be friends at one point last year, but now Miley makes it clear that she has no respect for him as a singer. You can hear what she had to say in the interview at the bottom of this post.
Ouch, I have a feeling that Justin and his fans will go on the defense. I doubt they will take this sitting down. Justin and his fans are one heck of a group that I personally would not want to mess with. Granted, I doubt that was Miley’s goal-but she could take a few classes on manners and poise. That might help prevent issues like this or Miley is just a free spirit who likes to say what is on her mind.

She didn’t offend anyone. Here is what will happen. Kids will watch the video then read your comments and say to themselves, oh, I guess I am suppose to be offended by this and hate Miley now, even though Justin and his management team is OK with it.

Genius. She said JB was not offended by the SNL skit. He probably would be offended though by Miley saying in this interview that he had a high pitched voice and thus would not be able to imitate her voice. Pay attention. I know this was a complex bit of video with lots going on but you some how got lost.

I have to blame older writers writing for jaded adults by making light of anything Miley Cyrus says or does. You just can’t except her success as a child and now that she’s grown up, adult commentators twist song choices, her stage attire and even comments she makes; trying to trip her up and exploiting any perceived slight. How dare she come and strut on stage expecting a fair response from older people? But I do believe mature folks along with many young people are happy to witness the amazing talent Miley Cyrus has crafted by becoming a world phenomenon. Acting, dancing, singing, song writing. TV, movies, and concerts isn’t good enough for you to acknowledge Miley as something special. You have to tear her down and create controversy where none existed before.
