Lemonade Mouth Gets a Sequel

Bridgit Mendler, Adam Hicks, Hayley Kiyoko and Blake Michael from Disney’s Lemonade Mouth traveled to New York City to perform Determinate live on the View.

After their big performance the cast had a huge announcement.  It looks like their is a sequel in the works!  While there were no details as to how the story  will go forward the cast was fairly excited and went on to Twitter to post their excitement.  The only sad part is that Naomi Scott who played Mo in Lemonade Mouth will not be back for the sequel.  Unfortunately Naomi already had a previous engagement scheduled as she is off filming TV show Terra Nova.

Lemonade Mouth was a Disney original movie based off a book of the same name and followed five high school students who meet in detention and decide to form a band to stand up for their own beliefs and to overcome their individual and collective struggles.  The film was met with critical success as the themes presented in the movie in regards to honesty, integrity and self-expression and for the emphasis on the importance of arts and of family and relationships.  What do you think of this new sequel?
