Greyson Chance Covers Michael Jackson’s I Wanna Be Where You Are

Greyson Chance is one of the many who were touched by Michael Jackson and his music. This past weekend we have seen 2 years past since he died, yet he has not been forgotten. Like many others, Greyson has posted a video of him performing a song by the late singer. You will find his version of “I Wanna Be Where You Are” at the bottom of this post.

Greyson who was a young child and even not born for most of Michael’s career proves how widely his music reached. His career stalled for the most part in the mid 90s, which is when Greyson was born. However, Michaels’ music still got a lot of air time. Thus many who were not alive during the height of his career, were still able to fall in love with his talent.

I am glad to see thar Greyson went with a less popular song. I think that shows class and taste for him. However, I will say that I am not sure how many of his fans will know this song. But maybe this could lead to him doing an actual cover of it on a future album?!? How awesome would that be? I think he would be honored and it would also help keep Michael’s memory alive.
