Glee Cast Set to be Replaced in 2012

It looks like there will be a mighty change coming to the hit TV show Glee.  The musical TV show set in high school and took the world by storm when it first aired in 2008 and made stars of Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Dianna Agron and Chris Colfer.

But it seems that several stars will be replaced next year.  Creator Ryan Murphy has decided to keep with the shows realism that the current class should graduate in 2012 and leave the school and show for good.  He confirmed on the Ryan Seacrest radio show that it isn’t about eliminating or replacing because he knows the cast is well loved and they have certainly left their mark upon the show.  But there was one thing Ryan did not want for his show and that was to see the same cast members still in high school for seven or eight years and he felt it was only right to keep the timeline proper.

Fans do not fret though the older leads Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison will remain to be the male and female lynchpins of the series.  But there may be a silver lining as there will be a chance to find young unknown people and give them an opportunity to break into the business and the chance for them to become stars?  What do you think of this change up for Glee?

WTF?! if Lea, Cory, Diana and Chris are gone…what is there left of Glee? i’m not gonna watch Glee if there is no Rachel or Finn or Quinn or Kurt…if u graduate them off then it’s like just another show under the name of an awesome show…if Ryan Murphy wants to stick to reality then after graduating the original “young” cast off he should just finish the show!
