Jennifer Lopez To Launch Latin American Talent Show

Jennifer Lopez is a judge on American Idol, but she is now looking into launching a talent series in Latin America. She will be working with Simon Fuller who created the hit series American Idol on the show, which is currently titled Que Viva. It will feature her and her husband Marc seeking the next big talent act in Latin America. Jennifer has admitted that she may not return on Idol after this season ends.

I am shocked that they don’t already have a show like that in Latin American. It seems like every country has a similar show, or have had one at one point or another. I guess late is better than never.

What do you think about this news? Is this good news or should Jennifer stick with Idol? I would love to see her stick with Idol, but I know she has a hard time telling people they are not talented or seeing them get the boot. So I understand, but it should be interesting to see how they will judge people on her upcoming show.
