Demi Lovato A Judge On The X-Factor?

There have been a few rumors swirling around the web about Demi Lovato sitting in a judge’s chair for Simon Cowell’s new X-Factor, and Disney Infonet brings word that the rumors are true.

According to a rep for Demi,

“Demi did meet with Fox regarding a judge position on The X-Factor.”

Cowell’s X-Factor looks like it might be some serious competition for American Idol, and Demi would definitely entice a younger audience to tune in, taking advantage of the fact that Idol doesn’t offer anything that appeals to teens and younger viewers.

While Cowell hasn’t specifically mentioned Demi, he has talked about what he’s looking for in his judges,

“I have certain kinds of people who I’d like to work with, who I feel comfortable with. Being cute, being mad is an obvious requirement, because it’s how I live my life and I like the shows to be an extension of how I live my life in terms of friends — the kind of people you’d like to have to your house for dinner.”

Music producer L.A. Reid is currently the only X-Factor judge that’s been officially announced. Do you think Demi will be joining him at the judge’s table?

   I really, really hope Demi is a judge. She’d be amazing. I know this for a fact because there isn’t anything that Demi isn’t amazing at. Plus the very first line of Cowell’s description matches Demi. “Cute”, just look at the picture. No one is as beautiful as Demi. She has an amazing laugh and her smile would light up a room. I would absolutely love to see her smiling face on my TV in any situation. I love her so much!
