It looks like the Black Eyed Peas are taking to educating young teens.  The famous hip hop group Black Eyed Peas have opened a special school in New York for teenagers to learn how to music and video equipment.

The group teamed up with their charitable Peapod Foundation with the Adobe Foundation run by the heads at the software giant Adobe Systems Inc. for their latest venture.  In fact the group has already set up three Youth Voices academies throughout California and now they have branched out to Manhattan.  This school will allow teenagers to use professional equipment to produce music and videos when it opens in July.  will.i.am the  Black Eyed Peas star has confessed that their passion for music and media was fuelled by the many generous people on their road to success and the group is glad to be able to give something back to the community.

The expansion of the Peapod Adobe Youth Voices academies has enabled the group to pay it forward giving more youth the skills and encouragement to help them realize their dreams.  The Black Eyed Peas just released The Beginning which was released on November 30th, 2010.  What do you think of this expansion?
