Selena Talks About Justin and Admits She Understands His Fans

Selena Gomez might be scared of Justin’s fans, but she knows where they’re coming from. JJJ brings word that Selena stopped by Z100 to talk a little bit about her relationship with Justin, and admitted something that might take a lot of people by surprise – she knows how you feel.

“It’s hard. It hurts, it really does. I don’t feel like I’m doing anything wrong,” Selena said, “I’ve been best friends with him for a very long time. It does hurt my feelings a lot but I try not to focus on it. I have a strong family and great fans.”

While the wrath of Justin’s fans might be tough at times, Selena reveals that she knows what its like to be a fan see her idol hook up with someone else, “But I have to agree with them sometimes. I loved Jesse McCartney. I was obsessed with him. He dated Katie Cassidy when he was 16 or 17. I hated her, absolutely hated her. I was mortified that he was with Katie and I wanted to be with him. He was my screen-saver! I just did a movie (Monte Carlo) with Katie Cassidy and she was the nicest person ever.”

Hmmm…. I wonder if Justin will have a reason to worry if Selena and Jesse ever do a movie together.
