Over 17 Million People on Facebook Like Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez might have more than her fair share of haters since going public with her relationship with Justin Bieber, but she recently discovered that she still has plenty of fans, too. Incidentally, Justin is NOT like Selena’s little brother.

Selena’s Facebook page recently hit 17 million and she wanted to make sure all her fans knew when she hit that milestone. On the 23rd, she posted on Facebook,

“17 million!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have never imagined when I started on facebook I would have this many people on here. Thank you all so much for tuning in to me blab, LOL Love you all”

The number still continues to climb and is, at this writing, now standing at 17,179,000. It’s easy to understand why the 13 Reasons Why star is so popular on the social media site; she has 4,111 photos posted to share with everyone, and she always keeps fans informed about what’s going on in her life, like the schedule for her current tour. She also gives a shout-out to the Celebrity Tap Project, which is a pretty cool project.
