Aerosmith & Jennifer Lopez Will Perform On This Season of American Idol

American Idol‘s executive producer Nigel Lythgoe has confirmed to XfinityTV that new judges Steven Tyler, and Jennifer Lopez will perform this year. Both will perform before the season finale, according to Nigel. However, he did not give away anymore details than that.

I have to say that I really want to see both perform, I think that they could bring up the shows ratings even more. Plus so many of their fans are watching this season because they are in it. I am glad that Nigel has realized the gold mine they have on that show now.

Are you excited for their performances? What songs do you hope they do? I am sure that Jennifer will do her newest song, but I would love to see Aerosmith do Dream On. It would be an amazing thing to see, and even more so for those who get to watch them live! I they could also teach the hopefuls a few things about singing live.
