Miley Cyrus Returning to Music

Miley Cyrus is ready to go back to her musical roots.  She has decided to take a step back from Hollywood and return to her musical career.  In 2009 she had put her music career on hold to focus more on her acting career at the time.

The ‘Hannah Montana‘ star made her big screen debut away from the franchise by appearing in The Last Song opposite her now ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.  After this she filmed a number of roles including LOL with Demi Moore and So Undercover with Kelly Osborne.  In fact her last possible acting job maybe hosting Saturday Night Live in an episode next month.  And now that the Hannah Montana series is over Miley has a lot of avenues she can take, the DVD is set to be released in March or April.

Her last music tour was the Wonder World Tour.  Her last album Can’t Be Tamed was released in May of 2010 and entered the Billboard Hot 100 at number eight.  Cyrus has confirmed she’s done with acting for the foreseeable future and is planning to go back to music with a massive tour.  Since she has no movies lined up it seems like the perfect time to go back to music.  Check out the interview of Miley Cyrus at the Grammy’s.
