If you went to a lot of concerts in 2010, you likely want to know who were the top grossing artists of the year and even if you didn’t go to a concert it is good to know who is the most in demand.  Billboard recently released their list of the top Hot Tours and it may come as a surprise as to who nabbed the top spot.

Justin Bieber, the 16-year-old sensation topped the list with his My World Tour.  The My World Tour raked in 3.8 million dollars in the box office grosses reported from six American arenas on the tours December run.  Taking the number two spot was the Jonas Brothers.  Based on the Jonas Brothers three venues in Brazil that they hosted in November, raking in an estimated 3.4 million.

Rounding out the top ten were Leonard Cohen, Lady Gaga, Carrie Underwood, Gorillaz, Prince, Kings of Leon, Roberto Carlos, and Victor & Leo.  In other Justin Bieber news, it looks as though the hit show Glee will be doing a special episode featuring the young stars music, much like they did with Madonna and Britney Spears.  While Bieber will not be appearing in the episode and what songs will be sung, the hype around the episode is sure to be as great as hype around the star.
