Someone on Twitter asked Selena Gomez if she had any new songs that were planned on being released this year. Selena of course took the time to confirm it. Here is what she had to say about her new music.

This is exciting news! She just released a new album last year, so I wonder if it has something to do with her show or any films? I guess we will have to wait and see, now won’t we?
Are you excited about her new music? Or do you feel that it is too early to release new music when her album is still young? I have to say that it doesn’t really make much sense, since her latest album has done well. But maybe she is wanting to release a few b-sides or another album this year? Some singers do that, so it wouldn’t be all that strange.

please no. I like her music but if shes releasing new music each year no one is gonna wanna hear anymore or youll change ur music too fast. Didnt she learn from jb’s lines vines and trying times. Too much of something can get ppl sick of it and not want it anymore new music year after year after year isnt a good way to go. want a long career? Make looong intervals between music. I.e. Taylor swift= 2 years paramore=2-3 years the wait. Perfect…

All I know is that she has the weakest voice in the market. I heard her live singing and couldn’t understand why she sings. Without her cute looks and a Disney show she’s tied, her career won’t last long.
I personally hate her music. So typical and I do not respect anyone who doesn’t write there own songs. She also uses SO much autotune and the only reason she even gets to release music is because of her acting career. She’ll ruin both if she keeps this up. Shes able to release so quickly because she just has to sing them, not write them. Just because you can act, doesn’t mean you can sing. It makes me loose a little hope in our generation to think shes actually getting more popular.
