Demi Lovato Provided Hollywood Records with Highest Grossing Albums
I actually find this a little hard to believe but Disney InfoNet has revealed that a statement from the Disney Channel says Demi Lovato’s Here We Go Again and Don’t Forget have provided the highest grossing album sales worldwide for Hollywood Records.
Really? With a roster of talent that includes Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, and Breaking Benjamin, Demi has the highest grossing sales?
No offense to the Demster because she has loads of talent, but those aren’t exactly nobodies sharing the Hollywood Records label with her.
I guess there’s no sense in denying it, though. The official statement from the Disney Channel reads, “Highest Grossing Album Sales Worldwide Labeled With Hollywood Records At The Moment is “Here We Go Again” & “Don’t Forget” by Demi Lovato.”
I honestly didn’t think she’d out-shine some of those others, but congratulations on proving me wrong, Demi. That’s quite an accomplishment and I hope you get a chance to celebrate the moment.

Kevin jonas is the hype man, i went to there concert in toronto, if kevin couldnt play guitar he’d be screwed and joe sounds like hes constapated. Miley CAN sing but her voice is more raspy but it sounded greated in the climb and when i look at you and i dunno, mileys miley. Hmmmmm, who is Breaking Benjamin? Maybe one of the best rock bands in the last 13 years. They have four albums, two of which are platinum. BSCKids, I think you and Disneyinfonet have been taken in by a hoax. Just take a look at Billboard, for example. Demi Lovato’s two albums did not even chart on the Billboard 200 or on any of Billboard’s foreign album charts. A couple of her singles have charted on digital downloads, but digital downloads accounts for only a minor part of album sales. This so-called press release claims that she is the highest selling Hollywood Records artist “at the moment.” Since Selena Gomez’s latest album, which came out in September, is still on the Billboard 200 albums chart, I find that hard to believe. Demi’s last album came out in 2009.
what r u talking about?????? demi’s album, here we go again, came #1 on billboard 200 when it first came out, and stayed #1 for three weeks! she is absolutely amazing, with camp rock and camp rock 2 #2 when they came out, and dont forget was #2 as well, i bought it when it came out! according to billboard, selenas latest album charted #3, which definietly is NOT the same as being a #1 artist, which will never happen for her since her albums r for kids. and demi deserves it 2, since hse has an amazing voice. selena cannot sing at all. ive seen her live, and her voice is weak and she cant sing the right notes. demi writes her own songs!selena is just another pop star thats gonna fade away in a blink of an eye, while demi’s career has just begun. dont get me wrong, selena is a brilliant actress, but demi will definietly have more #1′s than she ever will.

well, they charted at #1, thats for sure. miley and the jonas brother’s latest albums charted at #3 and #5
But Miley and Jonas’s albums sell MORE in overall, in total wolrdiwde. Demi’s albums have never sold 500,000 copies while Jonas and Miley’s go on to se;ll MILLIONS of copies.
The only reason Demi landed at number one was because there was poor weak competition/other releases on the week her album was released while Miley and Jonas’ albums have to compete with a LOT OF HUGE artists’ albums coming out like EMINEM!
Jonas’ last album debuted at number one, Miley’s last album (the racy, adult grown up, non-disney) album debuted at NUMBER 3 but it had to compete against MEGA-HUGE ARTISTS LIKE EMINEM.
Demi would not stand a chance against the competition Jonas and Miley faced.
And Demi’s first album debuted at number 2 not 1.

It’s no source, Disney never said Demi’s albums are the most-selling at the moment. If they were they would be in CHARTS right now, which they aren’t. Not even in the billboard 200 chart.

I believe this might be true but people honestly do you believe a so-call singer like Demi could ever be the highest grossing artist on that record label? No! Hilary Duff still has the highest sales in the record label even though she is not on it anymore! Now presently Miley Cyrus comes first then comes Jonas Brothers.
