Check Out Who Won At The People’s Choice Awards
It looks like all the teen favourites came out on top at this years People’s Choice Awards. And here we are to bring you some of the shoo-ins and some of the surprises of the show. So let’s kick it off with an unsurprising win for Taylor Swift as Favourite Country Artist and the Twilight trio took home Favourite On Screen Team. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse also raked in an award for Favourite Movie and Favourite Drama Movie. Kristen Stewart walked away with the Favourite Movie Actress award.
The hit show Glee walked away with Favourite TV Comedy and Jany Lynch won Favourite Comedy Actress and Keeping Up With Kardashians won Favourite TV Guilty Pleasure. But the biggest shocker was who walked away with Favourite Breakout Artist. Selena Gomez and The Scene beat out Justin Bieber for the coveted award. Selena had even told MTV that she did not expect to win, but was honored to be nominated. Katy Perry won big taking home the awards for Favourite Female Artist and Favourite Online Sensation. Rihanna won for Favourite Pop Artist.
Other awards went to Zac Efron who beat out ex-girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens as the Favourite Movie Star Under 25. You can check out his acceptance speech below. What do you think of all those who won? Do you think the right people won in their category?
