Update on Joe Jonas’ Solo Album

Joe Jonas has been working hard in the studio when he can work around his Jonas Brothers schedule he has been taking some time to work on his solo album by spending a lot of time with songwriter Kevin Cossum.  Along with Danja they have been collaborating to add a new sound to Joe Jonas’ music.  While his music is well known among his fans Joe is hoping to add a mature sound since Joe is beginning to grow up and explore more about music.

There is no news yet on when the album will be due out since Joe’s schedule is quite busy with the Jonas Brothers business right now.  Kevin is an R&B breakout star and phenomenal songwriter who has worked on R. Kelly Young Jeezy’s  “Gotta Get” and appeared on the album from Beanie Sige,l Rick Ross, Chamillionaire, Trey Songz and Rocko.  And ever since he has teamed up with Danja to gear up for his untitled debut album.

Joe said that while he toured over overseas with his brothers they became influenced by European music and he hopes to incorporate some of that into his album, maybe even dabble a little in country music.  While we don’t know what his new sound will be it will be interesting to hear when it is ready.  Are you excited about Joe Jonas’ new solo album?
