The Ready Set’s Jordan Witzigreuter Says Grow Your Own Fur
The Ready Set, also known as Jordan Witzigreuter, is lending his face (and fur) to peta2’s new anti-fur campaign. He shared his views about wearing fur in an interview with peta2, saying, “I think it’s kind of crazy that people still wear real animal fur. There’s so much cruelty involved with actually obtaining the fur and everything — there are no laws that regulate how it’s taken, no moral or ethical way I feel of doing that, so it just kind of blows my mind that it even happens anymore.”
Jordan didn’t hesitate to share his opinions about people who wear fur, either. “People who wear fur are, in a sense, very selfish. I look at it as the same way as if somebody wanted to come and take the hair off your head and wear it because they thought it was attractive.”
Jordan isn’t the only celebrity getting involved with animal rights; this popular Canadian singer has also joined with PETA to get the word out about animals.

Peta2 is PETA’s young adult division, and is the word’s largest youth animal rights group.
