Debby Ryan‘s show The Suite Life On Deck has had more than its fair share of rumors this year and she was at the center of them. But she has chosen to take it to Twitter and clear up the air for her fans. Here is what Debby tweeted.

I have to say that I am glad that she is clearing up the air. It is always nice when the celebrity does it and not one of their workers. It means something more or at least that is how I view it.
