Muppets Movie Adds More Stars
A lot of news seems to be surrounding the new Muppet movie which is currently filming in Los Angeles. The newest bit is some of the newest stars to have signed on and agreed to do a cameo. Jack Black, Amy Adams and Zack Galifinakis are three of the new names added to the star studded cast which will also include cameos by Billy Crystal, Chris Cooper, Alan Arkin, Rashida Jones, and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
The movie will surely follow the classic Muppet formula of a grand story, music and of course the Muppet’s themselves. Jason Segel best known for his role as Marshall in How I Met Your Mother and Peter Bretter in Forgetting Sarah Marshall has co-written the script and will even take on the lead in the movie. The Disney film based on the original Jim Henson tales involving some of the most beloved characters like Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo and many more.
Rumors are also swirling that Lady Gaga may be involved and Glee star Jane Lynch could be a part of the project, even though recently she squashed those rumors denying she was attached to the film but she would gladly take a role if offered one. And as a huge fan of the Muppet movies I for one cannot wait to see posters and even a teaser trailer! Are you as excited as I am for this movie? And who is your favorite Muppet character?

Excited? Umm…..no.
At the end of the day its a Muppets movie so yeah Im pretty excited myself. This is pretty much the Muppet formula, get a bunch of cameos and put a movie around it.

While I agree, I think it would be hard getting everyones schedule to match for that, still though a few would be nice.
