Megamind Opens As Number #1 Box Office Movie

DreamWorks has another huge success, with their new movie < href=”http://www.bsckids.com/2010/11/megamind-movie-review/”>Megamind opening as the first Holiday season movie for 2010. It earned $47.7 million during the first weekend, and topped some other big movies that came out this weekend as well.

I have to say that Megamind has enough star power behind it to give it that extra push to the top. Also, since it came from the same producers that Shrek came from. I hope that they will make a sequel to it.

Did you watch it yet? I thought that it was a great movie and I do plan on buying it on DVD when it comes out. I cannot wait for that to happen. Do you also hope that they will make a sequel to Megamind or do you think the story is pretty well spoken for? I think that they should tell us more about what happened to him after the first movie takes place. Their is a lot that could happen either way and we want more!
