Epic Mickey Launches with Kyle Massey

He impressed the judges and the voters at home enough to grab second place in “Dancing with the Stars,” but will 19-year-old Disney star Kyle Massey have what it takes behind a cash register? We’ll get to find out on Tuesday, November 30th, during the launch party for Epic Mickey at the new Disney Store in Times Square in New York City, where Kyle will be a celebrity cashier.

According to Warren Spector, the general manager and creative director for Disney Interactive Studios’ Junction Point, “Kyle exemplifies the youth of the world that have grown up with Disney. He’s the perfect addition to this event that will allow adults and kids to experience the joy of Disney Epic Mickey together.”

The Disney Store will be opening their doors at 7AM so fans will have a chance to get in line for an opportunity to meet Massey, in addition to snagging the new Disney Epic Mickey game, which is made exclusively for the Wii™ console.

Hopefully, fans won’t be too disappointed to learn that they’ll be meeting less of Kyle than they would have previously. In addition to learning some new moves on the dance floor, Massey also shed 20 pounds during the rigorous DWTS training sessions. Check out the trailer below to see what he has to say about his ‘Dancing’ experience as well as talk about future projects.
