Daniel Radcliffe Supports Reading

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is supporting reading for the American Library Association and their READ movement. He posed with his current favorite book for the campaign. He also shared about his favorite book in the Harry Potter series.

I have to say that I think this is a great cause that Daniel has taken on. Reading is so very important and not many kids do it anymore. Or even adults, reading is not common enough and that is so sad. I hope his fans take his advice and pick up a book to read.

Don’t forget that on November 19th, his new movie opens nationwide! It will be a must see for any serious fan of the series. I hope he does more promotion for this cause, because I do believe that he could influence a couple of people to actually to start reading and enjoy it. Since he starred in movies based on a book series that helped kids to read, I say he has a good chance at doing this successfully.
