Taylor Swift talk to Billboard Magazine

Taylor Swift has opened up to Billboard Magazine about her new album ‘Speak Now‘ and the magazine showcases a beautiful black and white photo of the star.  In the magazine Taylor talks about her third studio album and it is the first album in which she has written all the songs by herself and didn’t use any co-writers.  ‘Speak Now’ is the follow up album to her very successful Fearless album.

The anticipation of this album has reached almost epic proportions as it is scheduled to be released on October 25th.  In the article for Billboard Magazine she speaks about how she tries not to have any expectations on any of her albums.  Taylor says it is not because of the anxiety, while she does have anxiety about how much she cares for an album the truth is really about the conversation she has with herself.

She often wonders if the sales numbers for an album is what defines it or what the album really means if it is doing well in regards to numbers.  There are other parts during the interview in which she talks about how she tries to predict how well an album will do and then realizes she can’t predict anything and that it may be best to accept that she has done something she is happy with and proud of the music she has made.
