Smurf Comic Books Make A Comeback!

With all of the recent comebacks of movies or cartoons it is no wonder why they are bringing back Smurf comic books. They are releasing 3 comic books and two have already come out. Here the titles and what each book will be about roughly.

The Purple Smurf is about a smurf that is bitten by a bug and changes colors because of the bite. Next is The Smurfs and the Magic Flute is the reprint of the original Smurf story. The newest one is The Smurf King, which will come out in November and can be pre-ordered now.

I have to say that I am happy that they are bring the Smurfs, but I do think that having a movie coming out and comic books might be a bit much. What do you think about them releasing Smurf comic books again? Is it a wise way to bring kids into the film when it opens? Will you be buying the comic books or watching movie?
