Disney Confirms Wizards of Waverly Place Fourth Season

We told you earlier this summer that Selena Gomez had confirmed the 4th and final season of Wizards of Waverly Place, yet Disney did not and many people were worried that it might not air. Well Disney has finally confirmed that it will begin to air on November 12th. Here is the official storyline that TV Guide was given.

While a spell has been cast to keep us from revealing the outcome of the October 15 episode, we can say that Alex (Selena Gomez) and her family find themselves in danger, being held against their will by a government agency aware of their wizardly powers. Zoinks!

And their lives take another freaky turn when the Emmy-winning kid-com’s fourth season premieres Friday, November 12, at which time Alex inadvertently jeopardizes the future for herself and her brothers Justin (David Henrie) and Max (Jake T. Austin) after she’s tricked into revealing the family secret.

I love the concept, though I do wish if Disney would confirm that this will be the final season or not. I know that Selena Gomez has shared that filming the last episode will make her cry and it seems like all of their hit shows will be ending around the same time. Are you glad to hear that Disney has finally confirmed Wizards of Waverly Place will be coming back at least for the 4th season?
