Nickelodeon Mega Music Event

Nickelodeon is getting into the music game, staging a Mega Music Event which will air on Sept. 6, which is Labor Day.  The special will feature Justin Bieber singing his hit “Baby”, Colby Caillat, and Wyclef Jean.  John Leguizamo hosted.  The show already filmed in May, but they are just now airing it over the holiday weekend.

Interestingly, I couldn’t find out if iCarly star Jennette McCurdy will be performing.  It would seem to be a natural fit for her, since she is already on Nickelodeon and she just released a new album.  Maybe Nick doesn’t want country songs at their first Mega Music Event.  Anyway, take a peek!
