Jessica Jarrell Touring With Justin Bieber

Up and coming pop/R&B star Jessica Jarrell is touring with Justin Bieber!  She’s the other voice on the duet “Overboard” from Justin’s “My World 2.0″ album, so they already have a history. She’s younger than Bieber, but she definitely looks a lot more grown up!  The “My World 2.0″ tour continues through Labor Day.

Jessica appeared on the local Fox affiliate in Orlando, and we have the video for you.  I haven’t heard Jessica sing before I watched this, and I must say I was disappointed.  She’s so flat she’s out of key, and sounds slightly off, like half a beat behind.  She also is out of breath.  I hope she tones up her voice before hitting the stage.
