Jake T. Austin At Teen Choice Awards

Jake T. Austin joined costar Selena Gomez in attending the recent Teen Choice Awards.  ”Wizards of Waverly Place” was up for an award, and Jake’s plays little brother Max Russo on the show.  He was really looking forward to seeing Katy Perry perform, and hoping to take home a surfboard.

Jake’s been busy, dabbling in feature films.  He starred in 2008′s Hotel for Dogs and is in the upcoming animated flick Rio, which also stars the voice talents of Anne Hathaway, George Lopez, and Leslie Mann.  Too bad we know he didn’t win.  ”Wizards of Waverly Place” lost out to “Glee”.   Check out the red carpet interview with Jake Austin.  Who did you vote for in the Teen Choice Awards?  Did the win?
