Fox To Have Their Own Country Music Award Show

Good news for the Fox stations around the nation, they will be the home for American Country Awards. The show will air on December 6th live from Las Vegas. The awards show will work differently from the other country music award shows like the CMA’s.

The viewers ahead of the time will vote for the winners. This should be interesting and depending on whom they nominate for what, it may be easy to predict who will win or not. Though I am sure that many of the same winners from the other award shows will win as well.

Will you watch the show or do you think that Fox is trying too hard with American Country Awards? I think that they may have success with this, but they already have so many music award shows it is almost too much. Let alone in December when the award show season really gets going. American Country Awards may be over looked at, even though the viewers pick the winners. I am not sure that I support this move thoroughly with theircompetition with the other big shows.
