The Fairly Oddparents

Nickelodeon’s hit cartoon show The Fairly Oddparents will have their very own mixed live action/cg film in 2011. It will star Drake Bell, Cheryl Hines and Jason Alexander. The film will be entitle A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up Timmy Turner.

The plot will have Timmy being older and yet still attending 5th grade. He will still live at home and have zero interesting in acting his age, until he meets Tootie. From there he will have to choose who is more important, Tootie or his godparents? It should be interesting to see who he picks and since the show is popular, I am sure that the movie will do well. I think that the fact that The Fairly Oddparents went off air and came back really speaks for itself.

For those who do not watch The Fairly Oddparents here is a quick break down of what show is about. 10 year old, Timmy Turner lives with his godparents, or otherwise known as the fairly oddparents. They are supposed to leave when he gets older, and he does not want to them to ever leave. So he refuses to grow up in order to keep them around. Will you watch the movie or not?

I’ll see it if Butch Hartman invites me to it. I’m attending his Fairly Odd Parents wrap party this Friday. I’m not a big fan of mixed media pictures (CG animation and live action characters).
