Reportedly, it will work like this, you preorder the new album before September 3rd and if you are one of the first 10,000 you can submit your photo. You will also get a poster of the photo mosaic.

I think it is a nice way to thanks toHannah Montana Forever fans, yet I think that they are misleading fans with their marketing. They make it sound like that the fans will actually be on the album! So I think a few fans will be bummed out, but still the thought is what counts here.
