Toys For Tots Team Up With Toy Story 3

The children’s charity known as Toys For Tots is teaming up with the beloved characters from Toy Story 3 for a summer toy drive. The goal is to collect 16.3 million toys through out a few select cities across the country. They will have drop off centers in 24 US cities and the toys collected in those communities will be given to those who have much less.

I am really happy to see that Toy Story 3 is not just being used to benefit Disney or Pixar. This can help many in need and also to help teach charity to young children. I think it is a fabulous idea and I wish more cities would follow suit with this drive. I also hope that they go way above their goal.

The cities are Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Honolulu, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis and Washington, DC.
