This is perhaps one of the best articles on achieving happiness ever written. It is so so true. If we are engaged we are busy. Our minds tend to drift and drift right toward the rocks of worry and fear. That's why I like running. I stop the incessant chatter in my head. I can get a committee of unpaid advisors telling me what I need to be concerned with. I can fire them - but they always seem to come back. Perhaps because they're unpaid !
