It is owned and operated by Editorial Armonia who publishes 12 monthly magazines that are targeted to women, children and family. Top Teen has a bunch of pages dedicated to Selena and you can take a look at the scanned cover.
It is always so nice to see Selena getting that world recognition she deserves and if my foreign language skills were better I might be able to give you more information. It looks like this magazine has a pretty good reach based on the media kit information. For now you will have to do with the wonderful photo below.

I love selena gomez but.its like she’s not even mexican latina or hispanic cuz she can’t speak spanish.like she was in spain a couple months ago on the spanish show EL HORMIGUERO and she’s supposed to be representing latinas and she can’t even has a conversation in spanish.I think thts embarrising and she was in spain!she has to be speaking in spanish!and her spanish version on naturally..its like wrong..she can’t even pronounce the words!!so its like she’s not latina hispanic or mexican.I love selena gomez!=)

I don’t know if it s just me but Selena is really cute, although it seems as if her face like never changes, it looks the same as it did 3 years ago. I’m not judging I just thik it’s a little strange… She is a good actress though
