Kids Shopping – Ponyo & more Miyazaki out today!

One of our sources of publicity assets sent us an email which gave me the idea for a perfect Kids Shopping edition! We haven’t had one since the Christmas season, but I can’t let you miss out on or forget Ponyo, or any Hayao Miyazaki project. Ponyo was made by Studio Ghibli but was given some help stateside from the Magic Kingdom, and will be released today!. Even more, they tell us that special editions of other Miyazaki films like Castle in the Sky, Kiki’s Delivery Service and My Neighbor Totoro are also being released today! You can add a Miyazaki wing to your collection today!

You just can’t go wrong with Miyazaki, a true all-ages master with much of his work. Some are bettar than others, but it’s difficult not to view all of them as some sort of an achievement, not just a continuation of. Ponyo is certainly not my favorite Miyazaki feature, but the floor for his work is the ceiling for just about everyone else.
