Uncle Scrooge, a fellow that swims in money, so you know he will get into all sorts of interesting adventures. I was a big fan of Duck Tales when it was on television so Scrooge is well known to me. Boom! brings us Uncle Scrooge #388 and another change to experience the richest duck in the world. I always loved his Number One Dime and this looks to be an issue with that focus.
